This site can eliminate your need for costly advertising and access fees charged by other job boards and resume databases. With ECEAjobs.com, the savings go right to your company’s bottom line.
Here is how it works. Click on the “NEW EMPLOYER” link. Fill out and submit the requested company profile. You or your designated representative will receive an authorization by e-mail, generally within 24 hours.
This gives you access to our resume database. There, you can enter the criteria for resumes you want to see. You can sort by discipline, years of experience, highest degree, geographic preference, willingness to travel and relocate, areas of expertise, and country of citizenship. Keyword searches can also be done.
All resumes are posted anonymously. When you find an attractive resume and want to establish contact, click on the “contact” button. We send that individual an email saying that your company has seen his/her resume and wants to establish contact. If the individual does not wish to be contacted, he/she checks the “NO” box and an email is sent to you with that reply. If the individual checks “YES,” we send you the candidate's resume and contact information.
Our database is always fresh. Job seekers must respond to an employers’ request for contact within 5 business days. If there is no response in that period, a second request is sent and another 5 day opportunity to reply is provided. If there is still no response, the resume is deactivated and the employee and the job seeker are notified. The resume may be reactivated in the future.
You may choose to be notified immediately when a criteria-specific resume is posted. Simply fill out the “Search Resume Database” and check the “Automated Search” box. When a new resume meets your criteria, you get an email with a link directly to that resume. Click on the link and review the resume. Interested? Click the “contact” button and a contact request is sent. And, there is no charge for the “Automated Search” service!
As an additional benefit, you are encouraged to post all your open professional positions on our site. This increases your chance of finding the candidates you want. Some passive job seekers do not post resumes, but do review our job postings. If one of your postings is of interest to them, they can reply directly to you. Again, there is no charge for this service.
